- Clean the surface to be bonded, removing dust, oil, water, peeling paint, or mold release agent.
- Insert the 45ml cartridge into a compatible 3M EPX glue gun.
- Squeeze out a small amount of the initial adhesive to ensure the two components flow evenly.
- Attach the correct type of stationary mixing nozzle and pump the adhesive onto the surface to be bonded.
- Join the two surfaces within the allotted time.
- Secure the part in place until the adhesive reaches processing strength.
- Allow the adhesive to cure completely before applying it to high-strength applications.
